Verkkokurssin avulla lasket verenpainettasi joko lääkehoidon tukena tai ilman lääkehoitoa. Kurssi perustuu elintapalääketieteeseen: rakennat kurssilla liikunta- ja ruokailutottumuksesi tukemaan elintapasairausten hoitoa ja ennaltaehkäisyä.
